1267 RES BUDGET ITEM NO 101-F-6 HAS BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN 1967-68 BUDGETRESOLUTION NO. 1267 .
WHEREAS, Budget Item No. 101-F»6 has been over expended in
the 1967»1968 Budget adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, and the over expenditure was the result of the special
election held for the adoption of the municipal sales tax; and,
WIiEREAS, the Budget Account in the City Attorney Budget,
No. 103-C-5, has not been over expended due to the special ser-
v.ices rendered by legal counsel; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, That the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be and is hereby au-
thorized and directed to transfer the amount of $1,000,00 from
Budget Account No. 103-C-5 and to credit same to Budget Account
No, lO1-F-6.
