1264 RES CERTAIN BUDGET ITEMS HAVE BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN 1967-68 BUDGETRESOLUTION NOo 1264 WHEREAS, certain budget items have been over expended in the
1967-68 budget, adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
which budget items are as follows:
l. Traffic and Publ.ic Light.ing Fund Account No. 408-C-8,
in the amount of $2,000.00
2, Street Department Fund Account No. 406-D-7, in the
amount of $17,000,00
3. Cox Field Fund A.ccount No. 601-Y-1, in the amount of
$6,000.00
making a total excess of $25,000.00, and,
WHEREAS, the Contingent Appropriation Fund balance of the City
of Paris as of April 8, 1968, is in the amount of $25,000,00; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to transfer from the Contingent Appropriation Fund, as
shown in said budget, the sum of $25,000,00, and to be credited to
the following funds :
1. Traffic and Public Lighting Fund Account No. 408-»C-8,
the amount of $2,000,00
2, Street Department Fund Account No, 406--D-7, the amount
of $17,000.00
3, Cox Field Fund Account No. 601-Y..1, the amount of
$6~000.00.
