1260 RES COP ENTERED INTO HANGAR LEASERESOLUTION NQ. 1260 .
THAT Sn1HEREAS, the City of Faris, a municipal corporation,
entered into a hangar lease contract of a hangar space on Cox
Field, with Ballard Huddleston, of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, on
the 15th day of May, A. D., 1962; and,
yVHERJAs, there was leased to Ballaxd Huddleston, a hangar
space, being Hangar Space in Block B, Lot 1, of the Plat E:ease
Blocks, and Hangars, for a period of ten (10) years with an option
to renew said lease for a period of ten (10) years, and providing
certain conditions and limitations upon said lease; and,
WHEREAS, Ballard Huddleston has constructed a hangar on
Block B, Lot l, of the Plat of Cox Field Airport, and desires to
transfer his right, title, and interest under the contract with
the City of Paris, together with whatever interest he may have in
the hangar placed on said Block B, Lot l, to Calvin Gibson, of the
City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the City Council does hereby ratify said transfer of said
hangar, and the rights and privileges under the aforesaid lease,
to Calvin Gibson.
