RESOLUTION NO. 1241 . WHEREAS, certain property located on 13th Street, N. W., and belonging to A. W. Skeen, Jr., and being on the East Side of 13th Street, N. W. and North of West Cherry Street, was zoned many years prior to the adoption of Zoning Ordinance No, 1710, being a commer- cial classification, and this zoning was made after the zoning fee was paid and a hearing was had in the regular manner, and it was by error placed in a residential classification on the Zoning Map by Ordinance No. 1710; That said propexty is described as follows: Beginning at a point in the E. B. Uine of 13th Street, N. W., the S. W. corner of the A. W. Skeen, Jr. property in City Block 84; Thence East approximately 420 feet, the W. B. Line of the G.C. & S.F. Ry. right of way; Thence Northerly with said right of way W. B. Line approximately 350 feet, the N. E. corner of said Skeen property; Thence East approxi- mately 420 feet to the said E. B. Line of 13th Street, N. W.; Thence South with said E. B. Line approximately 420 feet to the place of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the above property be referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a hearing to correct the error made in the land use map and Zoning Ordinance No, 1710.
