1230 RES TX POWER & LIGHT CO FURNISHED COP WITH REQUEST FOR EASEMENTRESOLUTION NO, 1230 .
WHEREAS, the Texas Power & Light Company of Paris, Texas,
has furnished the City of Paris with its request for an easement
to place 7 poles, 1 stub, and 3 guys on property belonging to the
City of Paris, West of the Hinckley Store and North of Lake Crook,
and has furnished to the City of Paris its Easement No. 3, Project
No. 99, in which the location of such easement is described; and,
WHEREAS, it is to the advantage of the City of Paris to per-
mit the po1e and guy wires to be so installed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, be, and he is hereby au~
thorized and directed to execute said easement as requested by
the Texas Power & Light Company.
