1226 RES ON 10TH DAY OF MAY 1965 CERTAIN MEN WERE APPOINTED ON THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTRESOLUTION NO. 1226 ,
WHEREASI on the lOth day of May, A.D., 1965, the following
men were appointed on the Board of Adjustment to construe and
administer Ordinance No, 1710: Richard Nafe, James M. Brunette,
J. C. Glasscock, Dr. C.E. Gilmore, Clark Estes, Jr,, and Dr.
James R. Moore and H. B. Harrison as alternates on said Board of
Adjustment, all to serve for a term of two years, beginning the
lOth day of May, A. D,, 1965; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to re-appoint certain members of
said Soard of Adjustment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
the following named men: Richard Nafe, James M. Brunette, Dr.
C. Eo Gilmore, Clark Estes, Jr., and H. B. Harrison, be, and they
are hereby appointed as regular members of said Board of Adjust«
ment, and Dr, James R. Moore and John W. Norton, be, and they are
hereby appointed as the two alternate members of the Board of
Adjustment, to serve in the absence of any of tle regular members.
That all of the appointments are for a period of time of two (2)
years, beginning on the date of passage hereof.
