1220 RES CERTAIN BUDGET ITEMS HAVE BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN 1966-67 BUDGETRF?.SULUTION NO. 1220 WHEREAS, certain budget items have been over expended in the
1966-67 budget adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
which budget items are as follows:
l. Police Account No. 301-A-4, in the amount of $2,000,00
2. Fire Department Fund Account No. 302-Z.-3, in the amount
of $1,000.00
3p Parks Fund Account No. 403-Y-15, in the amount of $1,000.00
4. (a) Street Department Fund Account No. 406--D-7, in the
amount of $5,000.00
(b) Street Department Fund Account No. 406-X-1, in the
amount of $7,000.00
5o Traffic and Public Lighting Fund Account No. 408--Z-7, in
the amount of $1,000o00
making a total excess of $17,000.00; and,
VIHEREAS, the Contingent Fund balance of the City of Paris as of
April 10, 1967, is in the amount of $17,000.00; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
the City Clerk, H.C. Greene, be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to transfer from the Contingent Fund, as shown in said
budget, the sum of $17,000o00, and to be credited to the following
funds:
1. Police Account No. 301-A-4, the amount of $2,000.00
2. Fire Department Fund Account No. 302-Z-3, the amount
of $1,000.00
3. Parks Fund Account No. 403-Y-15, the amountof $1,000,00
4. (a) Street Department Fund Account No. 406-D-7, the
amount of $5,000,00
(b) Street Department Fund Account No. 406-X..1, the
amount of $7,000.00
5. Traffic and Public Lighting Fund Account No. 408-Z-7,
the amount of $1,000,000
