1213 RES TX POWER & LIGHT CO REQUESTED EASEMENT AND ROWRESOLUTION NO. 1213 .
WHEREAS, the Texas Power & Light Company has requested an easement
and right of way on and across certain properties belonging to the City of Paris,
in the Lake Crook area, and being part of the Thomas G. Chisum Survey; and,
WHEREAS, the Texas Power & Light Company has submitted to the City
of Paris its form of easement No. TD 42046, to construct a tap line to the
North portion of the City of Paris, and said easement fully describes the ease-
ment to be granted; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is of the opinion that it
would be to the advantage of the City of Paris to grant such easement and have
such power line constructed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
Richard W. Nafe, Mayor of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby authorized
to execute and deliver the aforesaid easement to the Texas Power & Light
Co mpany.
