<br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council that the
<br />hereinafter named structures are in an unsafe and dilapidated condition and
<br />constitute a fire hazard and a hazard to the life and welfare of the inhabitants
<br />of the area, and the Gity Council has been requested to order the Building
<br />Hazard Inspection Committee to hold a hearing to determine the condition of
<br />the structures complained of, and the properties involved and the owners
<br />thereof are as follows:
