WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council that the
hereinafter named structures are in an unsafe and dilapidated condition and
constitute a fire hazard and a hazard to the life and welfare of the inhabitants
of the area, and the Gity Council has been requested to order the Building
Hazard Inspection Committee to hold a hearing to determine the condition of
the structures complained of, and the properties involved and the owners

NOW9 THIIREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PARIS:
That the Building Hazard Inspection Committee, composed of the Chief
of the Fire Department, the Fire Marshal, and the Head of the Department
of Public Works, proceed to call a hearing, to notify the defendants, and, if
any, occupants of the property, and to notify such owners whose residence is
not known by publishing the same in the newspaper as required by law, and
after such hearing to report their findings to the City Council in accordance
with Ordinance No. 1470 of the City of Paris, Texas.
