1207 RES COP IS ENGAGED IN ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN ROWRESOLUTION NO. 1207 .
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is engaged in the acquisition of certain
right of way for the construction of a street9 extending Pine Bluff Street,
West to Graham Street; and,
WHEREAS, there is certain property located within the right of way,
as shown by the plat furnished to the City of Paris by the Engineer; and,
WHEREASs there is located on said plat Tract No. 17, belonging to
Rachel Faber; and,
WHEREAS, Rachel Faber has agreed to accept the sum of $102 000. 00
for said tract; NOW„ THEREFOREt
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS=
That H. C. Kennemer, City Manager, be, and he is hereby authorized to pay
to Rachel Faber, the sum of $10, 000. 00, and to accept from her a deed to
Tract No. 179 as shown on said plat.
