1199 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF JIMMY JOHNSON ET AL AS MEMBERS OF TRAFFIC COMM EXPIRE SEPTEMBER 1 1966RESOLUTION NO. 1199 •
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Jimmy Johnson, C. L. Walker,
and Bethel F. Holmes, as members of the Traffic Commission of the City
of Paris, will expire September 1, 1966; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint three persons to fill the va-
cancies created by the expiration of their terms; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Richard W. Nafe, has
re-appointed to the Traffic Commission, Jimmy Johnson, C. L. Walker,
and Bethel F. Holmes, for a term of three (3) years, beginning
September 1, 1966, and has submitted their names to the City Council of
the City of Paris to be approved and confirmed; NOWg THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THEQTY OF
PARIS, TEXAS? That the re-appointment of Jimmy Johnson, C. L. Walker,
and Bethel F. Holmes, to serve as members of the Traffic Commission
of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning September 1,
1966, be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed by the City
Council of the City of Paris.
