WHERE_95, Ordinance No. 873, passed by the City Council of the City
of Paris, on October 29, 1929, provided for the appointment of a Band
Commi.ssion by the Mayor of the City of Paris, to be confirmed by the City
~ouncil of the City of Paris; said Band Commission to be composed of three
(3) members; and,
WH]EREAS, the terms of office of the present members of said Band
Com-m;.ssion will expire on June 30, 1966; and,
WHEREPsS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Richard W. Nafe9 has re-
appointed Ray Wunsch, M-s, Frank Fu11er, and M:rs. Herbert Turnerp to
serve as members of said Band Commission for a term of one (1) yearg
