1193 RES CERTAIN BUDGET ACCOUNTS OF COP HAVE EXCEEDED AMOUNT APPROPRIATEDRESOLUTIC7N NO. 1193 •
WHEREAS, certain Budget Accounts of the City of Paris have exceeded
the amount appropriated for the respective accounts; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer from the Council Contingent Fund
the sum of $11, 085.00, to be allocated to the following Department Budget
Accounts:
l. To Account No. 406-D-7, Street Department Budget Account,
the sum of $8, 000. 00.
2. To Account No. 408-C-82 Traffic & Public Lighting Bizdget
Account9 the sum of $3, 085. 00.
NOW, THEREx ORE.+ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE i.ITY COUNGIL OF
THE CITY OF PARI53 That the City Manager, H. C. Kannemer, and the City
Finance Officer, H. C. Greene, be, and they are hereby authorized and di-
rected to transfer from the Council Contingent Fund to Budget .Account Nn.
406-D-7., Street Department Budget Account, the sum of $8, 000.00.. and to
Account No. 408-C-8s Traffic & Public Lighting Budget Accounta the sum of
$39 085. 00, making a total transfer in the amount of $ l ls 085. 00.
