WHEREAS, Don W. Wair, of Paris, Texas, has served the
City of Paris for many years on its Board of Equalization; and,
WHEREAS, he has given unsparingly of his time and efforts
in order to equalize the taxes of the citizens of the City of Paris for
many years, and has done a splendid job in such capacity; and,
W HEREAS, the Cz.ty Council of the City of Paris is well
aware of the value of his services to the City of Paris and has been
informed that he is not physically able to continue in such capacity
