1176 RES NECESSARY CERTAIN ADJUSTMENTS BE MADE IN CERTAIN BUDGET ACCOUNTSRESOLUTION NO, 1176 .
WrIERE.AS, it is necessary that certain adjustments be made in certain
Bzidget Accounts, as provided in the Charter of the City of Paris; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C7TY COUNCJL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,;
TEX.ASs That the City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, and the City Clerk, H. C.
Greene, be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to transfer from ahe
1965 -66 Budget Account, known as the Contingent Fund, which is under the
control of the City Cuuncil, the su.m of $1, 115.00, to be transferred to the
credit of Budget Account No. 301-Z-Z9 which Badget A^count is the Police and
Public Safety Equipment Account; to transfer from said Contingent Fund the
sum of $16 800. 00, to the credit of Budget Account No. 302 -E-49 which B:a.dget
Account is the Fire De:partment Equipment Account; to transfer from said
Contingent Fund., the sum of $2, 500. OOs to the credit of Budget Account No.
403-Y-159 wnich is the Budget Account for Parks improvements; andto transfer
from said Contingent Fundm the sum of $3, 500. 00, to the credit of Budget
Account No. 408-Z-7, which Budget Account is the T-raffic and Public Lighting.
