1172 RES TX POWER & LIGHT CO REQUESTED EASEMENTRESOLUTION NO. 1172 .
W'c3EREAS, the Texas Power & Light Company of Paris, Texas, has
requested an easement for one pole and one guy wire on property belonging to
the City of Paris, located on the North Side of Ha.ghway Loop 286,, on property
known as the Old Dump Ground; and~
WF3EREAS, the same is necessary for electrical service to the area,
and it is to the advantage of the City of Paris to grant the same; and,
WHEREAS, they have submitted their Form No. WA 1001, Project No.
146, wnich is their standard easement form; NO-N, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the Mayor9 V. E. Stewart, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute
such easement and to furnish the same to the Texas Power & Light Company
of Pariss Texas.
