RESOLUTION iv0„ 1171 <br />WHEREASs the City of Paris9 Texas is in the process of se].Xing to the <br />Texas Water Development Board, Waterworks and Sewer System Junior Lien <br />Revenue Bonds, in the amount of $2, 300, 000. 00; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 18 of Article 8280-9, of Vernon;s Annotated Texas <br />Statutes9 provides for said money to be kept in a Construction Fund; and? <br />WHEREAS9 the same shall be subject to withdrawal by the City for pay- <br />ment of costs incurred and to be incurred in the construction of its Water and <br />Sewer System, in accordance with plans and specifications therefor prepared <br />by the Consulting Engineers; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate the proper persons to sign and <br />countersign checks drawn on said Fund on The Liberty National Bank in Paris; <br />NOW, THERE~.i ORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF PARISg TEX.AS, <br />That the City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, is hereby authorized and directed to <br />sign any checks drawn on said Fund, and the Director of Finance, H.
