1169 RES BEEN CALLED TO ATTENTION OF CITY COUNCIL THAT NAMED STRUCTURES ARE UNSAFE AND DILAPIDATEDRESOLUTION NO. 1169 0
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council that the
hereinafter named structures are in an unsafe and dilapidated condition and
constitute a fire hazard and hazard to the life and welfare of the inhabitants of
the area, and the City Council has been requested to order the B.zilding
Hazard Inspection Committee to hold a hearing to determine the condition of
the structures complained of, and the properties involved and the owners

That the Building Hazard Inspection Cominittee, composed of the Chief
of the Fire Departments the Fire Mwrshaly and the Head of the Department
of Public Worksa proceed to call a hearing9 to notify the defendants, and, if
any9 occupants of the property, and to notify such owners whose residence
is not known by publ.ishing the same in the ne•xspaper as required by law9 and
after such hearing to report their findings to the City Council in accordance
with Ordinance No, 1470 of the City of Pariss Texas.
