1168 RES ERROR WAS MADE IN ZONING MAPRESOLUTION NO. 1168 •
WHERE.AS, an error was made in the Zoning Map recently adopted by
the City of Paris by classifying a certain hereinafter described area as a
SF-2 District, when in truth and in fact the same shou.ld be classified as a
Light Industrial District.
That said property is described as follows:
Located on the South Side of W est Cherry Street and between the
main line of the St. Louis and San Francisco R-.ilroad, leading North
from the City of Paris9 and the spur leading North and East to several
portions of the northern portion of North East Paris, and continuing
South to where the triangle would strike the North Boundary Line of
the present Light Industrial area.
NOWp THEREFORE, BEIT RESOLVED -BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TtiE CITY OF PARIS, That the above matter is hereby referred to the Planning
and Zoning Gommi.ssion for its hearing9 report and recommendation.
