WHEREAS, the term of Cedric Townsend, as City Judge in the City
of Paris, will expire on December 31, 1965; NOW., THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC:IL OF 'THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS9 That Cedric Townsend, a resident of the City of Parisa be, and he
is hereby re-appointed to serve as City Judge, for the term beginning
January ls 1966 and ending December 319 1967, at such salary as the City
Council may fix from time to time during such term.
