WHEtZ.E_gS, the City of Paris, by its adoption of an Ej.ectrical
Ordinance, provided for the appointment of an Electrical Board; ands
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Frank Horne, George Crane, B. C.
SimrnonsF and James A. Hickman9 MemUers of said Board, will expire
on Decem`aer 31, 1965; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the Czty of Paris, V. E. Stewart, has
recommended to the City Council the re-appointment of Frank Horne,
George Crane, B„ C„ Simmans, and James A. Hickman, to serve as mem-
bers of the E3.ectrical Baard, for a term of two (2) years, beginning
January l, 196 6 and ending December 31, 1967; NOW,, THEREx ORE,,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF PARIS.,
TEXAS,, That the recomrnendation of the Mayor be accepted and approved..
and that the re-appointment of Frank Horne, George Craney B. C, Simtnons,
and James A. Hickman, for a period of two years, beginning January ls
1966 and ending Decemper 31, 1967, be9 and the same is hereby made.
