1161 RES TX HIGHWAY DEPT PLANS COVERING PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION ON LOOP HIGHWAY 286RESOLUTION NO, 1161 •
WHERE.AS, the Texas Hi.ghway Department, through the Paris District
Office, has submi.tted to the City of Paris, plans covering the proposed con-
struction on Loop Highway 286, South East of Paris9 Texas, and has submitted
copies of a Municipal Ordinance (Construction and Maintenance Agreement) and
has submitted copies of Municipal Construction and Maintenance Agreement,
all to be executed and approved by the City of Paris, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is of the opinion that it
will be to the advantage of the City of Paris to enter into such Municipal
Construction and Maintenance Agreement; NOW,, THE.R.EFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CJTY COUVCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISs
TExAS, That the Mayor, V. E. 5tewart, be, and he is hereby authorized to
execute the Manicipal Ordinance and the Miznicipal Construction and Maintenance
Agreement, and that the plans and specifications covering the proposed construc-
tion on Loop Highway 286, South East of Paris, Texas, be, and the same are
hereby approved.
