RESOLUTIQN iVO. 1157 . <br />WHE2E.AS, the Texas Power & Light Company has requestEd an easement <br />to place four poles and four guy anchorages on Lake Gibbons property to serve <br />the guard lights at Lake Gibbons; and, <br />WHEtZEA5, the 'k<as Powzr & Light Company has requested an easement <br />to place a light pole in the picnic area on the W est bank of Lake Gibbons; and, <br />W HERE.AS, the Texas Power & Light Company has submitted P:co ject No. <br />140, the first of the aforesaid easemt;nts, and Project No. 143, the second of <br />said easements, on its usual and customary form; and, <br />WHEitEAS, the City Council is of the opinion thatit would be to the benefit <br />of the City of Paris to grant said easeme:its; NQW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TiiE i,ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS9 <br />TEXAS, That the Mayor, V. E.
