WHEREAS, the terms of office of F. I. McGlanahan, Carl Deweese,
and Carl M. McWl.ierter, Jr. , on the Board of Commissioners of the Housing
Authority of the City of Paris, expired on October 7, 1965; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to replace or re-appoint three persons to
fill the vacancies created by the expiration of their terms; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by the Mayor,
V. E. Stewart, that F.I. McClanahan, Carl Deweese, and Carl M. McWherter,
Jr. , be re-appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of the Czty of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning October 7, 1965;
NO'N, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU.NCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, That F.I. McClanahan, Carl Dew-aese, and Carl M. McWnerter, Jr.,
be, and they are hereby re-appointed as members of the Board of
Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, for a term of
two (2) year s, beginning October 7, 1965.
