WHERE AS, Covy Williams has moved from the City of Paris, Texas, and
there is now a vacancy on the membership of the Traffic Commission of the City
of Paris to fill the unexpired term of Covy Williams, which expires September 1,
1966; and,
W tIEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, V. E. Stewart, has appointed
Bethel F. Ho1mAs and submitted his name to the City Council of the C'.ty of Paris,
to be approved and confirmed, to fill the unexpired term of Covy Williams, which
expires September 1. 1966; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT Y OF P2,RIS,,
TEX_AS, That the appointment of Bethel F. Holmes, to serve as a mE:rriber of the
Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, for the unexpired portion of the term of
Covy W:lliams, which expres September l, 1966, be, and the same is hereby
approved and confirmed by the City Council of the Cityof Paris.
