WHEREAS, H. C. Greene, the City Clerk of the City of Paris, Texas, is
required, from time to time, to be out of the City of Paris; and,
WHERE.AS, he is at this time on his vacation, and his first assistant, MM.
James Wilkins, when Mr. Greene is out of town, has been Acting City Clerk
of the Ci.ty of Paris; NOW, THE-REF'ORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT Y OF PARIS,
That James Wilkins is hereby appointed Acting City Clerk at any and all
times wnen H. C. Greene is incapable of acting or when he is absent from the
C ity.
