WHEREAS, the Gity of Paris has heretofore paid off and retired all Time
W arrants owed by the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, there is on hand somc: funds remaining in the Time W:arrant
5inking Fund, in the amount of $3, 058. 60; Nt7W, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXA5, That H. C. Greene, Clerk of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to transfer from ;he Time W:arrant Sinking Fund Bank
Aceount of the City of Paris to the Current Fund Bank Account of the City of
Paris, the sum of $3, 058. 60. ~
