WHEREA5, the term of office of Harold S. Reeder, as a member of the
Planning and Zoning Cominission of the City of Paris, will expire on August 1,
1965, and it is necessary to appoint hissuccessor, and the Mayor of the Gity
of Paris, V. E. Stewart, having re-appointed Harold S. Reeder, to serve on
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for three (3) years,
beginning August 1, 1965, and continuing for a term of three (3) years, and has
submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the City of Paris;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Harold S. Reeder, to serve as a member
of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for a period of
three (3) years, beginning August 1, 1965, and continuing for a period of three
(3) years thereafter, is by the City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved
and confirmed.
