1140 RES TX POWER & LIGHT CO REQUESTED EASEMENTRESOLUTION NO. 1140
WHER EAS, the Texas Power & Light Co:npany has requested an ease-
ment to place a service line and poles acrass the property known as
Lake Gibbons, for the purpose of serving the Gambill State Goose
Refuge, which project is sponsored by the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, it has submitted an easeiment, known as Project No. 890,
for execution, granting said right of way; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that it would be to
the benefit of the City of Paris to grant said easement; NOW, THERE-
FOR E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TFXAS,
That the Mayor, V. E. Stewart, bea and he is hereby authorized -to
execute and deliver such easement to the Texas Power & Light
Company.
Passed and adopted this 14th day o.f June, A.D., 1965.
