1139 RES ORD NO 873 PASSED BY CITY COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 29 1929RESOLUTION NO. 1139
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 873,passed by the City Council of
the City of Paris, on October 29a 1929, provided for the
appointment of a Band Commission by the Mayor of the City of
Paris, to be confirmed by the City Council of the City of
Paris, said Band Commission to be composed of three (3) mem-
bers; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of the present members of
said Band Commission will expire on June 30, 1965; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, V. E. Stewart,
has re-appointed Ray Wunsch, Mrs. Frank Fullera and Mrs.
Herbert Turner, to serve as members of said Band Commission
for a term o.f one (l) yeara beginning July la 1965, and end-
ing June 30, 1966; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Ray Wunsch, Mrs. Frank
Fullera and Mrs. Herbert Turnera made by the Mayor of the City
of Paris, V. E. Stewart, be, an d the same is hereby approved
and confirmed by the City Couilcil o.f the City of Paris.
