1135 RES COP ADOPTED COMPREHENSIVE AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDRESOLUTION NO. 1135
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has recently adopted a compre-
hensive amendment to the zoning ordinances of the City of Paris,
being Ordinance No. 1710, and a Board of Adjustment is created
therein, to be composed of five (5) regular members and two (2)
alternate members; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint on said Board of
Adjustment, five (5) men as regular members and two (2) men as
alternate members; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, That the following named men: Richard Nafe, James M.
Brunettea J. C. Glasscocka Dr. C.E. Gilmorea and Clark Estes,
Jr., be, and they are hereby appointed as regular members of the
Board of Adjustment, and that Dr. James R. Moore and H. B.
Harrison, be, and they are hereby appointed as the two alternate
members of said Board of Adjustment, to serve in the absence of
any of the regular members. That all appointments are for a
period of time of two (2) years, beginning on the date of passage
hereof.
