1133 RES CHARTER OF COP PROVIDES COP TO SELECT CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT

RESOLUTION NO. 1133 . WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Paris provides that the City of Paris shall select a certified public accountant to make an annual audit of the books of the City of Paris for the year ending June 30, 1965, at a time not sooner than sixty days prior to June 30th each year nor less than thirty days; and, LJ'EREAS, no appointment has been made for such certified public accountant; and, WHEREAS, McClanahan & Holmes, certified public accountants in the City of Paris, have made application therefor; NOW, THER EFOR E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That McClanahan & Holmes, certified public accountants, are hereby appointed and authorized to make the annual audit of the City of Paris for the year ending June 30, 1965, as provided by the Charter of'the City of Paris.
