RESOLUTION NO. 1125 . WHEREAS, it is necessary that certain adjustments be made in certain Budget Accountsa as provided for in the Charter of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, That the City Manager_, H. C. Kelznemer, and tine Lity Cl-arka H. C. Gree,ze, be, and they a.re hereby authorized and dixected to transfer froin the 1964-6:5 3udget Account, known as the Contingent Fund, which is under vhe control of the City Councila the sum oF $600.00, to be transferred to -Zne cre3it of Bur3get Account No. 101-C-10, which Budget Account is the City Coancil; to transfer from said Contingent Fund to the cre- dit o.f Budge-t Account No. 301-Z-1, tJie 5 -u.n of $2,400.00, which Bu3get Account is •T.'olice Depa rtment ; to trans fer fro.n sai,3 Continge,zt ",arzd to the credit of Budget Account No. 403-Y-15, the sum of $9,000.00, which is the Budget Account for Pa.rks; to transfer from said Contingent Fund to the credit of Budget Account No. 406-Y-5, the sum of $2,000.00, which Budget Account is the Street Department; to transfer from said Contingent Fund to the cre3it of Budget Account No. 408-C-$, the sam of $3,000.00, and to the credit of Budget Accoun-t No. 408-Z-7, the sum of $2,000.00, which Budget Accounts are Traffic and Public Lighting; and to transfer from said Contingent Fund to the cre- dit of Budget Account No. 604, the sum of $1,000.00, which Budget Account is the Pa.ris Public Library..
