1122 RES BEEN CALLED TO ATTENTION OF CITY COUNCIL THAT ALL BONDS AND INTEREST PAYMENTS DUE UPON SEWER BOND SERIES 1934 ETC

RESOLUTION NO. 1122 WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council of the City of Paris, Texas, that all of the bonds and interest paymentsdue upon Sewer Bond, Series 1934, and Sewer Bond, Series 1936, have been fully satisfied and paid off; and, WHEREAS, there is a balance in each of the respective funds at this time, and there is being allocated from each month's tax payments additional amounts to the respective funds, which will continue until June 30, 1965; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris believes that it is to the benefit of the City of Paris to transfer the present balances of theaf oresaid funds, together with any future allocationsa until on and after June 30, 1965, to the Time Warrant Account, Series 1957, to the Sinking Fund thereof, for the purpose of retiring said time warrants; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, That the Director of Finance, H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to transfer any balances that exist at this time or that will exist on and prior to June 30, 1965, in Sewer Bond, Series 1934, and Sewer Bond, Series 1936, Accounts, to Time Warrant Account, 1957 Series, in the Sinking Fund thereof, to retire said time warrants. The said H. C. Greene is further authorized and directeda as soon as there is sufficient funds in the Time Warrant Account, Series 1957, to retire all of said warrants, and that he proceed to pay off and retire said warrants, when and if said funds are available.
