1102 RES TX POWER & LIGHT CO IS DESIROUS OF OBTANING EASEMENTRESOLUTION NO. 1 102 .
W HEREAS, the Texas Power & Light Company is desirous of obtaining an
easement across the property of the City of Paris, Texas as described in said
easement for the purpose of erecting 2 poles and 4 guy anchorages in the con-
struction of a distribution line; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed advantageous to the City of Paris, Texas.:to allow
the Texas Power & Light Company an easement for the purpose of constructing
poles and guy anchorages across that portion of property as described in said
easement; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, that the Texas Power & Light Company be given and granted an ease-
ment and rightof way for an electric distribution line across that portion of
the City's property as set out in the said easement and that V. E. Stewart,
Mayor of the City of Paris, Texas, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute
and deliver to the said Texas Power & Light Company such easement.
