1093 RES COP AND ST LOUIS, SAN FRANCISCO AND TX RAILWAY CO ENTERED INTO CERTAIN CONTRACTSRESOLUTION NO, 1093 .
WHEREA5, the City of Paris,, Texas, and the St. Louis, San Francisco
and Texas Railway Company9 have from time to time entered into certain
contracts covering an easement for construction, maintenance and operation
of certain water and sewer lines under the tracks of the St, Louis, San
Francisco and Texas Railway Company, in and near the City of Paris, Texas;
ands
W HEREAS, the St. Louis, San Francisco and Texas Railway Company has
recently merged with the St. Louis..San Francisco Railway Company; and,
WHEREA5s said St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company has requested
the City of Paris, on all of such contracts, to ex.ecute an election to adopt each
of the respective contracts and agreements made with its predecessor, St.
Louis9 San Francisco and Texas Railway Company, and has presented the same
for the signature of the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Paris, Tex.as; NOW,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS;,
TEXAS* That the Mayor, V. E. Stewarto be., and he is hereby authorized and
directed to execute each and all of said elections to adopt the respective con-
tracts heretofore signed by the St. Louis, San Franc.-i-sco and Texas Railway
Company, with the successor thereto, the 5t. Louis.- San Francisco Railway
Co mpany.
