1092 RES TX POWER & LIGHT CO REQUESTED AN EASEMENT AND ROWRESOLUTION NO. 1092 .
WHEREAS, the Texas Power & Light Company has requested of the
City of Paris an easement and right of way across certain lands belonging
to the City of Paris, in order to construct guy anchors to be located 30
feet in a northwesterly direction from the base of an ex.isting pole located
at Engineer's Survey Station 12 plus 80 equal 0 plus 00; ands
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised the City Council that he
sees no reason why the request should not be granted; NOW.,, THEREFORE,,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,,
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to sign an
easement and right of way on City of Paris9 Texas property9 for the purpose
of allowing the Texas Power & Light Company to install one guy at or near
the location and along the general course now located and staked out by said
Company over, across and upon the said lands located in Lamar Countyv
Texas, to-wit:
Said guy anchorage and guy wires shall be located 30 feet in a
northwesterly direction from the base of an existing pole
located at Engineer's Survey Station 12 plus 80 equal 0 plus 00.
