1087 RES COP ADVERTISED FOR BIDSRESOLUTION NO. 1087
WHEREAS, the City of Paxis, Texas, has heretofore advertised for
bids for the W est Paris 5anitary Sewer Project, and,
WHEREAS, on the l lth day of May, A. D., 1964, bids were received
by the City Council of the City of Paris and referred to the Engineering
Department for tabulation and recommendation; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has recommended that the
Elm Fork Construction Company of Dallas, Texas, on the sewer lines and
lift stations, submitted the lowest and best bid, and recommended that the
City Council award such contract to the Elm Fork Construction Company of
Dallas, Texas; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, That the bid of Elm Fork Construction Company of Dallas, Tex.as is
found to be the lowest and best bid on said project, and the City Manager,
H. C. Kennemer, is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with Elm Fork Gonstruction Company fn Da11as, Texas, in the amount of the
respective bid.
