1086 RES CHARTER OF COP PROVIDES COP SHALL SELECT CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTRESOLUTION NO. 1 086 ,
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Paris provides that the City of
Paris shallselect a certified public accountant to make an annual audit of the
books of the City of Faris for the year ending June 30, 1964, at a time not
sooner than sixty days prior to June 30th each year nor less than thirty days;
and,
WHEREAS, no appointment has been made for such certified public
accountant; and,
WHEREAS, F. I. McClanahan, a certified public accountant in the City
of Paris, has made application therefor; NOW,, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That F. I. McClanahan, a certified public accountant, is hereby appointed and
is authorized to make the annual audit of the City of Paris for the year end-
ing June 30, 1964, as provided by the Charter of the City of Paris.
