WHEREA5, it is necessary that certain adjustments be made in certain
Budget Accounts, as provided for in the Charter of the City of Paris; NOW,
T HER EFOR E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, That the City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, and the City Clerk, H. C.
Greene, be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to transfer from
the 1963-64 Budget Account, known as the Contingent Fund, which is under
the control of the City Council, the sum of $8, 000. 00, to be transferred to
the credit of Budget Account No. 302-Z-4, which Budget Account is the Fire
Department Account, and to transfer from said Contingent Fund to Budget
Account No. 403-Z-2, the sum of $4, 000. 00, which is the Budget Account for
Parks, and also to transfer from said Contingent Fund to the credit of Budget
Account No. 408-Z-7, the sum of $1, 500. 00, which Budget Account is the
Traffic and Public Lighting Account.
