1081 RES TX POWER & LIGHT CO REQUESTED EASEMENT FROM COPRE50LUTION NO. 1081 a
WHEREAS, the Tex.as Power & Light Company has requested an
easement from the City of Pari.s, for the purpose of making some changes
in its power and light lines in the area known as the lift station or the
ground storage area. of the City of Paris, located between Loop 286 and
Center 5treet, and desires such easement for 6 poles, 1 stub, and 3 guy
anchorages; and,
WHEREAS, the Gity of Paris is of the opinion that the same is to
the benefit of the City of Paris; NOW,, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Manager, H. C. Kennemer, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to enter into Easement No. 2, Sheet No. 5,
Project ND-223, wh.ich easement has been prepared and presented to the
City of Paris by the Tex,as Power & Light Company,
Passed and adopted this 16th day of March, A. Do , 1964.
