1079 RES NECESSARY FOR ENGINEERING DEPT TO CONSTRUCT 8" GRAVITY, SANITARY SEWER LINERESOLUTION NO. 1079 ,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Engineering Department of the
City of Paris to construct an eight inch (811) gravity, sanitary sewer line
under the right of way and tracks of the St„ Louis San Francisco
Railway Company at Paris, in Lamar County, Texas, at the Mansfield
Tire and Rubber Company Lead Track at Station 27 plus 00, Track Spurs
off of Main Line at MP 582 plus 30 Poles; and,
WHEREAS, the St, Louis San Francisco Railway Company has ten-
dered its pipe line contract covering the crossing of its track at the
Mansfield Tire and Rubber Company Lead Track at Station 27 plus 00,
Track Spurs off of Main Line at MP 582 plus 30 Poles, which contract is
dated February 21, 1964, for execution by the City of Paris, Texas; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, C. L. Walker, be,
and he is hereby authorized to enter into said pipe line contract, and the
City Manager is authorized to forward said contract, together with a
check for $25, 00 as consideration therefor, to the St. Louis San Francisco
Railway Company at Tulsa, Oklahoma.
