1071 RES COP MAINTAINED WATER BUILDING FUNDRESQLUTION NO. 1071 .
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has for several years maintained a
W ater Building Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the money contained in the Water Building Fund, in fact,
should belong to the Water Bond Fund, and said Water Building Fund now
has on hand the sum of $6, 717. 37; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the same should
be transferred to the Water Bond Fund, and the Water Building Fund
closed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESQLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISs
That H. C. Greene, City Clerk, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed
to transfer from the Water Building Fund all of the money on hand, namely,
$6, 717. 37, to the Water Bond Fund, and to close the bank account of the
W ater Building Fund.
