1070 RES CITY COUNCIL DEEMED IT NECESSARY TO PURCHASE BRICK BUILDINGRESOLUTI4N NO, 1070 .
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore deemed it necessary to
purchase a brick building immediately North of the present City Hall, for
the purpose of ex.panding the police facilities of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council did purchase such building for the sum
of $6, 500. 00, and the same was paid from the Water Building Fund; and,
WHEREAS, it is now necessary that the money be'_Tplaced in the Water
Building Fund, in the amount of $6, 500. 00; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That H. C. Greene, City Clerk of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby au-
thorized and directed to transfer from the Contingent Fund of the City of
Paris to Budget Account No. 301-X-1,
the sum of $6, 500, 00, and said amount to be transferred to the Water Building
Funde
