1067 RES BEEN CALLED TO ATTENTION OF CITY COUNCIL THAT 3 HOUSES ARE UNSAFE AND DILAPIDATEDRFSOLUTION N0. 1067 .
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council that
three (3) houses located at 613, 619 and 623-10th Street, S. E. , in the Gity
of Paris, are in a1 unsafe and dilapidated condition, and constitute a fire
hazard and hazard to the life and welfare of the inhabitants of the area,
and has requested the Gity Council to order the Building Hazard Inspection
Committee to hold a hearing to determine the condition of the structures
complained of, and attached thereto a petition signed by the neighbors of the
neighborhood, report of the Health Department, and report andpicture ex-
hibits from the Fire Marshal, for the benefit of the City Council; NOW,
THER EFOR E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF PARIS,
That the Building Hazard Inspection Committee proceed to call a hearing,
notify the defendant and occupants of the property, and to report their
findings to the City Council, in accordance with Ordinance No. 1470 of the
City of Parisi Texas.
