1065 RES TX POWER & LIGHT CO IS INSTALLING NEW SEWER LIFT STATIONRESOLUTION NO. 1065 .
WHEREAS, the Texas Power & Light Company, in cooperation with the
City of Paris, is instailing at the new Sewer Lift Station to the City of Paris
an electric power line, and it is necessary to place on said premises one (1)
pole and one (1) guy anchorage; and,
WHEREAS, it is to the advantage of the City of Paris to grant an ease-
ment to Texas Power & Light Company for such purposes; NOW, THEREFC?RE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, C. L. Walker, be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to execute an easement to the Texas Power &
Light Company for the purpose of erecting a light pole and guy wire to same.
