WHEREAS, the term of office of R. A. Kennedy, as a member of
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will ex.pire on
September 10, 1963, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, and
the Mayor of the City of Paris, C. L. Walker, having re-appointed R.A.
Kennedy to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris for three ~3) years, beginning September 11, 1963, and continuing
for a term of three (3) years, and has submitted the name of such person
to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of R. A. Kennedy, to serve as
a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission, for a period of three
(3) years, beginning September 11, 1963, and continuing for a period of
three (3) years thereafter, is by the City Council of the City of Paris
hereby approved and confirmed.
