1063 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF COVY WILLIAMS ET AL AS MEMBERS OF TRAFFIC COMM EXPIRE AUGUST 31 1963RES4LUTION NO. 1063 .
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Covy Williams, Jimmy Johnson,
and J. C. Kelso, as members of the Traffic Commission of the City of
Paris, will expire on August 31, 1963; and,
WHER.EAS, it is necessary to appoint three persons to fill the va-
cancies created by the ex.piration of their terms; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, C. L. Walker, has re-
appointed to the Traffic Commission, Covy VJilliams, Jimmy Johnson, and
J. C. Kelso, for a term of three (3) years, beginning September 1, 1963,
and has submitted their names to the City Council of the City of Paris to
be approved and confirmed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLZTED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That the re-appointment of Covy Williams, Jimmy Johnson,
and J. C. Kelso, to serve as members of the Traffic Commission of the
City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years, beginning September 1, 1963,
be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council of
the City of Paris.
