1057 RES CERTAIN BUDGET ITEMS HAVE BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN 1962-1963 BUDGETRESOLUTION NQ, 1057 ,
WHEREAS, certain budget items have been over expended in the
1962-1963 budget adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, which
budget items are as follows:
406-D-7, Street Department, in the amount of
$5, 000, 00; and,
WHEREAS, the Contingent Fund of the City of Paris, as of June
10, 1963, is in the amount of $5, 000. 00; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, That the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to transfer from the Contingent Fund, as shown
in said budget, the sum of $5, 000, 00, and to credit same to the following
fund:
406-D-7, Street Department, the amount of $5,000.00.
